Conyers Releases First Cayman Islands Company Law Text

The book, published by Sweet & Maxwell Thomson Reuters, has been written by several of the firms senior attorneys. Honourable Anthony Smellie QC, Chief Justice of The Cayman Islands said: “The authors are to be commended for undertaking this long overdue task of providing an up to date and authoritative practitioners’ reference book on these subjects which will no doubt prove to be invaluable.”
