Conyers Ranked Band 1 for Offshore Trusts

Conyers Dill & Pearman’s Bermuda Private Client and Trust practice has been ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners’ High Net Worth guide.

Conyers was the only Bermuda Firm ranked Band 1 in the Offshore: Trusts category. Alec Anderson, Director & Global Head of Private Client & Trust and Narinder Hargun, Director & Co-Chairman of the Firm, have been listed Band 1 as well, and Director’s Peter Pearman and Craig MacIntyre were ranked Band 2.

Codan Trust Company Limited, an affiliate of Conyers, was also listed as a recommended advisor in the Trust Companies category for Bermuda.

Alec Anderson, commented: “We are pleased to see our legal and trust services recognised. The endorsements for the practice and our lawyers are a testament to the high standard of service we are committed to providing our clients each day”.

This is the first edition of the guide, which serves as a directory for the private wealth market. The guide will be used by family offices and professional advisers to wealthy individuals, providing objective guidance on an international scale, making Chambers High Net Worth a key reference point for such a mobile market.

The rankings and editorial draw on independent research conducted by a dedicated team of private wealth researchers, furthering Chambers’ track record of providing high-class, reliable research data. The team interviewed hundreds of lawyers, family offices, accountancy professionals, tax advisers, bankers, investment managers and high-end real estate agents to get a comprehensive understanding of the private wealth sector in each of the jurisdictions covered.

Highlights from the directory include:
