Conyers Dill & Pearman’s London office, in partnership with Lex Mundi, recently hosted a successful roundtable discussion on “Gender Diversity in the Boardroom”. Sheba Raza, Counsel in Conyers’ London office, moderated a lively debate on the comparative merits of quota legislation, compliance with corporate governance codes and self-regulation by the international business community.
