Conyers’ Bermuda office was recognised for its work in the Odfjell Drilling IPO, with David Cooke and Marcello Ausenda advising Odfjell Drilling; and the Bank of America acquisition of Amgen stock, with David Cooke, Jason Piney and Chiara Nannini advising Bank of America.
Sameer Tegally and Ashvan Luckraz of the Firm’s Mauritius office were noted for their work advising BMC Software on its acquisition by a private investor group.
