Cayman Islands law firm Conyers Dill & Pearman is pleased to announce the donation of CI$2,500 to Rotaract Blue, ADRA Cayman (a natural disaster relief fund), and the Cayman Heart Fund by Trisha Peters, the firm’s Employee of the Quarter.
Trisha Peters is a Corporate Administrator at Conyers, and was selected for the award due to her helpful and pleasant attitude together with exemplary work ethics. She chose to split her donation between the three charities.
Dr. Yin, Director of the Cayman Islands Heart Fund stated: “It’s very heart warming to see young people like Trisha recognising non-profit charities like ours and to have Cayman Heart Fund named as one of the recipients of this award so very generously donated by Conyers Dill & Pearman. This donation will go a long way in supporting our ongoing programs like our AED, WOW and Health4Youth campaign, which are all working towards making Cayman HeartSafe.”
Richard Finlay, managing partner of Conyers’ Cayman Islands office, said that the firm is pleased with the ongoing success of the program, which not only recognises the hard work of its employees but also offers the extra incentive of allowing them to give back to the community through donations to charities of their choice.
Conyers is actively involved in a number of local charities and educational programs.
