The BTG Pactual units were listed on Euronext in Amsterdam and via a Brazilian depositary receipt structure on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA) in Brazil. Conyers’ team included assistance from partner Alan Dickson and associates Neil Henderson and Chiara Nannini.
