Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Vision International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$56.25 million initial public offering of 250,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 8107).
The Company provides apparel supply chain management services, primarily in Europe. It offers market trend analysis, product design and development, supplier sourcing, production management, logistics and quality control services. Founded in 2010, the Company is based in Lai Chi Kok, Hong Kong.
