Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Universe Printshop Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$51.75 million initial public offering of 225,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8448)
Universe Printshop Holdings Limited is primarily engaged in the provision of general printing services in Hong Kong. The Company provides offset, ink-jet, and toner-based digital printing services. It also prints and sells stationery, advertisements, periodicals, directories and catalogues, as well as provides miscellaneous industry related services, such as varnishing, binding and laminating.
