Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Polyfair Holdings Limited (“Polyfair”) in connection with its HK$56 million initial public offering of 200,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8532).
Polyfair is a subcontractor that provides façade and curtain wall solutions of commercial and residential buildings in Hong Kong. It offers design and project management services primarily to property developers and general contractors from the private sector.
