Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands law advice to Peak Sport Products Co., Limited in connection with its HK$2.4 billion privatisation by Xu’s Sport Company Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Peak Sport Products Co., Limited is a leading branded sportswear company in China and is primarily engaged in designing, manufacturing and distributing sports products (including footwear, apparel and accessories) under the “PEAK” brand.
