Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to PagSeguro Digital Ltd. on its follow-on (“FPO”) offering of 37,950,000 Class A common shares, listed on the New York Stock Exchange. PagSeguro Digital Ltd. (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries, provides online and in-store payment services, including mobile services for small businesses in Brazil.

The FPO generated approximately US$1.1 billion, consisting of a primary offering of US$337.8 million by the Company. and a secondary offering of US$772.2 million by selling shareholder Universo Online S.A., Brazil’s largest internet content, digital products and services company.
