Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Mansion International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$70 million initial public offering of 100,000,000 shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8456).
Mansion International Holdings Limited manufactures and sells baby clothing and clothing accessories for infants and toddlers. The Company operates its business through: (i) its original equipment manufacturing business segment directly to overseas third party brand companies or designated sourcing companies; and (ii) its original brand manufacturing business segment under its Mides brand name through self-operated retail stores and department store counters as well as wholesale. Founded in 1993, the Company is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
