Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to IBO Technology Company Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$150 million initial public offering of 100,000,000 Offer Shares (subject to the over-allotment option) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 2708).

IBO Technology Company Limited provides comprehensive network integration services throughout the People's Republic of China (PRC). Founded in 2000, the Company operates within four main sectors: (i) Intelligent Terminal Products Sales; (ii) System Integration; (iii) Software Development; and (iv) System Maintenance Services. Providing an extensive, integrated and customisable range of Internet of Things services to its customers, the Company puts special emphasis in the area of city public safety management within the "Smart City" market in the PRC.
