Conyers Dill & Pearman provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to i.century Holding Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$69.6 million initial public offering of 120,000,000 Shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8507).

i.century Holding Limited is primarily engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of apparel products. The Company offers its products through apparel retail brand customers throughout the United States, Europe and internationally, who then market and sell merchandise under their own brand names, such as Animal, Billabong, Element, Primitive, and others. Founded in 2008, the Company is headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
