Conyers advises Hing Ming Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$75 million IPO

Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Hing Ming Holdings Limited in connection with its HK$75 million initial public offering (IPO) of 100,000,000 Global Shares on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 8425).

Hing Ming Holdings Limited is a holding company principally involved in the provision of temporary suspended working platform rental service in Hong Kong. The Company operates through two main segments. The Rental Services segment is primarily engaged in the rental of temporary suspended working platforms and other construction equipment, such as tower crane and generator. The Trading of Equipment and Spare Parts segment is mainly involved in the trading of permanent suspended working platforms, motors and wire rope.
