Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of US$150 million 8.375% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “New Notes”) to be consolidated and forming a single series with the US$350 million 8.375% Senior Notes due 2021 issued on 8 March 2018 and the US$100 million 8.375% Senior Notes due 2021 issued on 16 March 2018 (together, the “Original Notes” and, collectively with the New Notes, the “May 2018 Notes”).
Conyers also acted as special legal counsel in the British Virgin Islands to the subsidiary guarantors of the Company, Fantastic Victory Limited, Wisdom Regal Limited and Fantasia Financial Community Group Co., Ltd. in connection with the issuance of the New Notes.
The May 2018 Notes are listed on the Official List of the SGX-ST.
