Conyers advises Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited in connection with its US$137 million 5.50% Senior Notes due 2018
Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the “Company”) and to its British Virgin Islands subsidiary guarantors, Fantastic Victory Limited, Wisdom Regal Limited and Fantasia Financial Community Group Co., Ltd. in connection with the Company’s issue of US$137 million 5.50% Senior Notes due 2018 (the “New Notes”) to be consolidated and forming a single series with the US$350 million 5.50% Senior Notes due 2018 issued on 13 June 2017 (the “Original Notes”).
The Original Notes and the New Notes are listed on the Official List of the SGX-ST.
