Conyers provided BVI legal advice to Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) in connection with the closing of its initial public offering of 4,272,568 common shares. This includes the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase 557,291 additional common shares. The public offering price was US$18.00 per share.
The Company operates in the medical industry, focusing on the development and manufacturing of high-tech medical devices that consist of silicone-filled breast and body shaping implants.
