Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to CPM Group Limited (“CPM Group”) in connection with its HK$215 million initial public offering (IPO) consisting of 250,000,000 Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1932).
CPM Group is a leading manufacturer of industrial and architectural paint and coating products in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), operating under well-known brands such as “Flower”, “Giraffe” and “Toy Brand”. Wood painting products, including lacquers, polyurethane coatings and baking enamels are CPM Group’s principal paint and coating products.
