Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Avolon Aerospace Leasing Limited, the international aircraft leasing company, in connection with a secured portfolio facility worth US$214 million which closed on 28 September 2018.
Helaba acted as sole arranger, sole underwriter and facility agent in this financing and the transaction was privately placed with a group of institutional investors. The transaction received an external private rating from New York-based Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
