Conyers Dill & Pearman provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Anchorstone Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$120 million initial public offering of 300,000,000 shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 1592).
The Company is a leading and well-established subcontractor specialising primarily in supply and installation of marble and granite for construction projects. The company was founded in 1991 and is based in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
