This publication has been prepared following the Trust (Regulation of Trust Business) Exemption Order 2002 and the amendments to the Trusts (Regulation of Trust Business) Act 2001. It is for the assistance of present and future trustees of Bermuda trusts and for those considering appointing Bermuda trustees to new or existing trusts.
