Hollia Lam is an Associate in the Hong Kong office of Conyers Dill and Pearman. She joined Conyers in 2018. Hollia qualified as a Registered Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016 and in the High Court of Australia in 2017.
Hollia’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law with particular expertise in shareholder, share sales and loan agreements, company structures and individual shareholder disputes. Her language skills and understanding of Australian companies allow her to provide legal services to Chinese clients in an effective and timely manner.
Prior to joining Conyers, Hollia had experience as a solicitor in a commercial law firm in Sydney, Australia. She also worked with a Senior Counsel whose practice covers all types of corporate disputes. Hollia has advised Chinese clients based in Australia on shareholder agreements, shares sales agreements, loan agreements, company structures as well as individual shareholders disputes and various types of real estate projects.
