Sara Collins, head of Conyers Trust & Private Client practice in the Cayman Islands will co -chair Legal Week's fifth annual Trust and Estates Litigation Forum. The conference will unite the world's elite in the field of trust and estate litigation to share, compare and contrast ideas and strategies for the year ahead and beyond. Experts will pool their experience of both familiar and less familiar jurisdictions in a unique and informal collegiate atmosphere in which the contributions of both speakers and delegates are welcomed and valued. The secret of the Forum's success, developed over the past 5 years, lies in the quality of the speakers and delegates it attracts from many of the key jurisdictions in the world and their willingness to participate actively in the programme.
Also in attendance from Conyers will be Raymond Davern from the firms BVI office and Bernadette Carey from Conyers' Cayman Islands office.
