The BVI is an internationally respected financial center connecting markets, facilitating inbound and outbound investment, trade and capital flow. The BVI has been working with Asian businesses since the 1980s and is uniquely positioned to further facilitate economic growth across the region.
As China embarks on its Belt & Road initiative, and as the nation’s private sector grows, the BVI continues to be the leading jurisdiction in helping the burgeoning Chinese middle class structure wealth succession and asset management plans, as well in assisting entrepreneurs to structure overseas investments and M&A transactions.
In order to maintain the BVI’s position as the leading offshore jurisdiction in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, BVI Finance and BVI House Asia is holding an Asian Trade Mission themed “BVI: The Business Solution in China”. Speakers and panelists will examine different aspects of the BVI’s role in helping China Go Global in the 21st century.
Conyers' Anna Chong and Wynne Lau will attend the Conference in Beijing and Tianjin. Flora Wong and Teresa Tsai will attend the Conference in Hangzhou and Shanghai.
