Conyers is pleased to announce that Jason Piney has been recognized as a ‘rising star’ in aviation law by Airfinance Journal, which has listed him in their 2011 Rising Stars in Aviation review. Jason is the only lawyer at an offshore law firm to be recognized.

Jason also advised Aircastle Limited in connection with the delivery of six new Airbus A330-200 aircraft to South-African Airways and the related ECA backed debt financing of up to US$530m.
Conyers advises on the laws of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Mauritius and Cyprus. Conyers represents a number of aircraft lessors in structuring aircraft portfolio securitizations, initial public offerings, acquisition financing and warehouse facilities.
