Conyers advises on US$ 1.4 billion joint acquisition - August 2008

Conyers advised PepsiCo on Bermuda law aspects in a US$ 1.4 billion joint acquisition completed by PepsiCo and The Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) of a 75.53% stake in Russia's leading branded juice company JSC Lebedyansky on 28 August 2008. Lebedyansky is the world's sixth-largest juice manufacturer and the largest in Russia. This deal was PepsiCo's third largest purchase after Quaker and Tropicana.
