Conyers advises on Tenfu IPO - September 2011

Conyers advised Chinese tea retailer Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited on its HK$1.25 billion IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 14, 2011.

Conyers provided Cayman legal advice on the IPO alongside Sidley Austin, who advised on Hong Kong and United States law, and Jingtian & Gongcheng, who provided PRC law advice. Lee and Li provided Taiwan law advice. Herbert Smith acted as legal advisors to the Joint Sponsors and the Underwriters as to Hong Kong and United States law. Commerce & Finance Law Offices acted as legal advisors to the Joint Sponsors and the Underwriters as to PRC law.
