Conyers Dill & Pearman advised Stolt-Nielsen Limited on its NK1.6 billion senior unsecured bond issue which listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange on June 22, 2011. Guy Cooper of Conyers advised Stolt-Nielsen alongside Thommessen, who acted as Norwegian counsel and Mclaughlin Stern, who provided US counsel. Selmer acted as Norwegian counsel to the bond trustee and joint lead arrangers.
