Conyers provided Cayman Islands office advised on the Sincere Watch acquisition, in respect of the setting up of the Cayman vehicle which launched the acquisition, as well as reviewing and advising from the Cayman perspective, the subscription and shareholders agreements entered into amongst the various parties which were members of that Cayman entity.
