Conyers advised HKSE-listed Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation in connection with its offering of CNY 586 million (US$ 92 million) 2.95% notes due 2014 on September 30.

Anna Chong of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation alongside O’Melveny & Myers, while Linklaters and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advised HSBC, BNP Paribas and Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, the Joint Lead Managers.
