Conyers advises on Active Group Holdings HK$360m listing - September 2011

Conyers advised Active Group Holdings Limited on its HK$360 million listing of shares of HK$0.10 each in the share capital of the Company on the Main Board of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which took place on September 23, 2011.

The listing involving a Hong Kong public offering and an international offering of the shares which include the shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option on the terms as set out in a prospectus dated 16 September, 2011.
