Conyers advised Lloyds TSB Bank plc as the lead arranger in connection with the financing for the acquisition by Catalina Holdings of Glacier Re, the Swiss-based reinsurance company in run-off.

Jason Piney advised Lloyds alongside Hogans Lovells, while Allen & Overy acted for the borrower.
