Providing Cayman Islands counsel to IFM Investments Limited,in its offering of certain Class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.001 per share of the Company, in the form of American Depositary Shares. The transaction was valued at approximately $250 million. Conyers also provided counsel on the listing of the ADSs on the New York Stock Exchange.
