Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Bermuda law advice to Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, Ltd ("AWAC") on its US $300 million senior note offering of of the 5.5% senior notes due 2020, which took place on November 15. Guy Cooper, lawyer in Conyers' Bermuda office, advised AWAC on the Bermuda law aspects of the transaction. AWAC is a Bermuda-based insurance and reinsurance company writing all lines of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance.
