Conyers advised Chinese infant-formula maker Yashili International Holdings Ltd. on its HK$2,296 million IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 1, 2010. Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal counsel to Yashili International alongside lawyers from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Tuian Yuan Law Firm, Clifford Chance and Jingtian & Gongcheng.
