THE CAPE TOWN CONVENTION LAW, 2009

Certain provisions of the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, as modified by the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, have been given domestic effect in the Cayman Islands by virtue of the Cape Town Convention Law, 2009 which came into force in the Cayman Islands on 7 July 2009.
