Recent changes have been made to the Companies Act 1981 (the "Companies Act") by means of the Companies Amendment Act 2009 (the "Amendment Act") that came into force on July 19, 2009. Two main changes were brought about by the Amendment Act: The Delivery of Electronic Records, and Requirements for Officers or Directors in Bermuda.
