Conyers Dill & Pearman lawyers have considerable expertise in securitization transactions and can advise on the creation and management of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and securitizations in Bermuda, BVI, Cayman and Anguilla. As SPVs are often required to be off balance sheet we can arrange for ownership of the SPV through a master charitable trust, a specific charitable trust or a purpose trust. Further, our affiliated service and trust companies around the world can provide for the formation of the trust and SPV and all related administrative services in the jurisdiction that best suits the needs of the promoters.
