Tara Rivers is an associate in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers Dill & Pearman, advising on various aspects of corporate and finance law, including investment funds, securitisation and structured finance matters. Tara joined Conyers in 2009.

Tara advises investment banks, private equity houses and investment managers on cross border and multi-jurisdictional aspects of their transactions.

Prior to joining Conyers, Tara participated as a member of Allen & Overy’s legal team responsible for structuring and executing a number of “firsts” in the area of structured finance/asset backed securities, including establishing the first UK building society residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS) master trust programme and establishing the first commercial mortgaged back securities (CMBS) covered bond programme to name a few.
