Robin Mayor is director and Head of Insolvency & Restructuring in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Robin joined Conyers in 1985 as an associate in the litigation department. She became partner in 1992 and is responsible for Conyers' Bermuda liquidations practice, both solvent and insolvent.

Robin advises companies, directors, regulators, investors, creditors and liquidators in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring. Robin is experienced in complex, multi-national and cross border reorganisations. She has drafted numerous shareholder and creditor schemes of arrangements for all types of companies, including solvent and insolvent insurance companies.

Robin is a frequent speaker at conferences, and regularly contributes to various industry and legal publications. She is the Co-Editor of “Cross Border Judicial Cooperation in Offshore Litigation (the British Offshore World)”.
