Paul Smith is a senior counsel in the litigation department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Paul joined Conyers in 2000 and became Counsel in 2006. Paul’s practice covers all aspects of dispute resolution with specialist expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, and trust litigation. Paul is the co-author of the Bermuda chapter of “Global Financial Crisis; Navigating and Understanding the Legal and Regulatory Aspects”.
