Paul Nystrom is an associate in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman Limited. Paul joined Conyers in 2008. Paul advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a specialist interest in public companies, aviation finance, project finance and all aspects of corporate governance, and is experienced with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund formation, debt finance, restructuring and amalgamation. Paul is the author of the Bermuda chapters of “Aircraft Liens & Detention Rights” (published by Sweet & Maxwell).
