Monique Peters is an associate in the Litigation department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the British Virgin Island. Monique joined Conyers in 2009.

Her practice covers commercial litigation, corporate restructuring and insolvency with particular focus on obtaining and enforcing various forms of interim relief, cross border relief, and advising on shareholder disputes.

Monique’s previous experience as a general practitioner advising on all aspects of civil procedure has enabled her to develop a wide cross-section of knowledge on BVI law which greatly assists her present practice.
