Lisa Spencer-Arscott is the Human Resources Manager for the Bermuda office and is responsible for human resources initiatives with particular emphasis on staffing, talent development and compensation.

Lisa joined Conyers in July 2007. Previously, she worked in the financial services industry, where she also served as Human Resources Manager.

A supporter of several educational and nonprofit organizations, Lisa is active in her community and serves on a number of industry group boards including the Bermuda Human Resources Association.

Lisa obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 1998 and also holds an MBA and a Masters in Human Resources Development from St. Louis University.
