Linda Fung is an associate in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. She specializes in general corporate finance work, ncluding mergers and acquistions, private equity, takeovers, initial public offering and public companies related work.

Prior to joining Conyers Dill & Pearman in 2007, Linda worked as a Solicitor for Richards Butler in Hong Kong and in 2005 she was made a Partner in their Corporate and Commercial Department.

Linda received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Law from the University of Manchester, UK. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1999 and in England and Wales in 2001.
