Kerri Lefebvre is director and Head of the Dubai Office Conyers Dill & Pearman. Kerri joined Conyers in 2000.

Kerri’s practice includes all aspects of corporate finance including capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and asset finance as well as private equity and investment funds and general corporate law. She has advised issuers and underwriters in connection with IPOs and follow on offerings of debt and equity listed on the NYSE, the Nasdaq, the LSE and other exchanges, and has acted widely in connection with redomiciliations, pre-IPO financings and restructurings and private placements. From Dubai, Kerri has acted for Fortune 100 companies on various transactions including MENA joint venture arrangements and for MENA and international banks, private equity houses and investment managers on fund and private equity matters.
