John Collis is Director and Head of the International Corporate Department of Conyers Dill & Pearman. John has wide experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, and has a significant practice advising investment managers, hedge funds and private investment vehicles. John has spent many years engaged in company law reform in Bermuda.
