Gemma Carreiro is an associate in the corporate department in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Gemma joined Conyers in 2007. Since joining the firm she has spent one year on secondment with the Chartis Bermuda office.

Gemma’s practice includes all aspects of corporate law, with particular focus on insurance/reinsurance regulatory matters including new insurance incorporations, equity financing, reorganisation and other transactional work.
