Christopher Johnson-Gilbert


Christopher Johnson-Gilbert is a Counsel in the London office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. Christopher joined Conyers in 2002.

Before assuming his current role as Counsel, Christopher was the Managing Partner of Conyers' London office. Christopher's practice focusses on all aspects of commercial and corporate law with specialist expertise in securities issues and investment funds. Christopher has over 30 years of experience of advising on the establishment, management and operation of all types of investment funds. His considerable corporate finance experience has included advising major international companies on transactions primarily in the areas of public and private M&A, joint ventures, securities issues, listing and fund raising.
